A fantastic spot if you're looking for comfort and modernity! Enjoyed stunning views from my room with a wall-to-wall window, great spa service, and an excellent breakfast. The pool area is a treat with its bar, and everything is well-maintained. Plus, its proximity to the border is super convenient.

The housekeeping crew on the 3rd floor made an unholy racket at the crack of dawn!!! Seriously, a phone call for help only led to being hung up on. Half the time, I couldn't even find towels near the pool area!!!

Cleaning staff inadequately replenished room supplies, leaving us without enough towels for our group. Despite paying a premium, the overall service did not meet the expectations for a family stay.

The Deluxe Room was great! Super modern design with a huge window that offered amazing views. The room service was on point, and I loved the pool and spa area. They even had fluffy robes and slippers waiting for us, which was a nice touch. Only downside was some noise from outside, but overall, it felt really comfy and relaxing.
